Original 26&2 90 min

Adapted from the 84 Hatha Yoga postures, original 26&2 yoga, designed for all levels, is practiced in a heated room and consists of 26 unique yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises. The postures are to be executed in the correct sequence, as they are devised scientifically to address every part of the body one by one. Each posture prepares the body for the next, each following posture gains from the previous. Take in the beautiful views from our new outdoor yoga space.

It is a challenging and fun class that helps you to increase flexibility and energy, improve strength, reduce stress, and maintain the balance of your emotional and physical body. The class is suitable for all levels and safe for practitioners with injuries.

Original 26&2 60 min

A condensed version of 90 minutes Original 26&2, this 60-minute hot yoga class comprises preforming the same postures, once or twice, in the same sequence. Accumulating the same mental, physical and spiritual benefits to your body, the class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experts. Enjoy a class at our outdoor yoga space.

Yin 60min & 75min

This practice is designed to help you sit longer, and more comfortably, in meditation by stretching connective tissue around the joints, mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine. A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia. This class is suitable for all levels and students with injuries.

Yin & Yang 75 min

This class is the blend of two styles of yoga into one practice. Yin is more internal, passive, cooling and downward. Yang is more external, dynamic, warming and upward.

This class will open the body, boost circulation and release tension. It is designed to bring you back into balance, get deep into connecting tissue, hydrate, and restore. The sequencing of the class can have a powerful effect on your energy levels how you feel after class. Suitable for everyone. Try our outdoor yoga classes!

Inferno Hot Pilates 60min

Inferno Hot Pilates is a High-Intensity Interval Taining workout using the Pilates principles (Concentration, Control, Centering, Precision, Breath, and Flow).

Hot Pilates is a whole body workout, but focuses on lean muscle mass, muscle toning and cardio. The class is taken in a heated room (30 degrees) to warm up your body quickly, make the workout challenging, get your heart pumping, and to help you burn a lot more calories.

If you participate in this class regularly, you are sure to get and be in good shape.
Be prepared to sweat, have fun and build a stronger you. This may be a challenging workout, but you will feel amazing for sure! The class is suitable for all fitness levels. Join a class at our beautiful outdoor fitness space on one acre of outdoor land!

Inferno 45

A 45-minute, full-body workout class when you need a quick fix or are running short on time. The practice will include interval training exercises and 45 seconds moves to get your heart rate elevated and your body in action. Squats, burpees, mountain climbers, and planks are just a few exercises that you can expect to see yourself doing. Practiced in a heated room, the class is challenging, fun and suitable for all levels. Come enjoy your class at our gorgeous outdoor yoga space!

Aerial Yoga 60 min

Aerial Yoga is all about decompressing the spine and re-aligning the body. In this class, we utilize the principles of traditional yoga and Pilates. The aerial hammock acts as the ultimate “spotter”, allowing everyone no matter their fitness level, to perform Zero-Compression Inversions.

In this low-impact cardiovascular conditioning exercise, you can achieve increased flexibility, core strengthening, muscle toning, and enhanced joints mobility throughout your body. Specifically speaking, the benefits of inversions are numerous. They hydrate the vertebral discs, re-align the spine, and refresh the circulatory system.

The class, carried out in a non-heated room, is sure to release you of stress and anxiety, and fill you with inspiration and energy. Be prepared to hang upside down during the class, finishing it with a peaceful savasana rocking in your hummock fully wrapped into a soft silk. This class is not suitable for people who had vertigo, high blood pressure or eye conditions. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class start time. No late comers. Suitable for Age 13+. Due to limited capacity, we are not offering Free Class Pass to Youth.

BodyBarre 60min

BodyBarre is the combination of ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements. It is the safest way to workout where the primary focus is on strengthen accessory muscles around the joints. If you are dreaming about functional and lean muscle and toned body, this is the right place to be. This class is suitable for all levels. Hatha Yoga

During Hatha Yoga classes we will explore alignment-based poses (asanas) guided by the breath and breathing techniques (pranayama) to develop strength,  flexibility, and the connection between, body, mind, and spirit. Deepen your understanding of this practice.

The Spin Bar offers structured, high energy, full body workout classes designed to burn calories, increase stamina, and build muscle. With every pedal stroke our experienced and dedicated instructors will lead you to a stronger version of yourself. When we ride together you will experience a “nightclub meets spin bar” environment.

With our customized LED floor and the most amazing handpicked playlists by our talented instructors, we are riding and vibing to the beat of the music.

Our bikes have been designed, pre-tested and ordered directly from the manufacturer to fit all rider’s needs. We have combined the best for you: magnetic resistance with 40 pound flywheel; to deliver you a smooth and a comfortable ride. Shimano Pedaling Dynamics (SPD) pedals; that allow you to pedal with greater efficiency, stability and comfort. Clipping in provides a secure connection and engages more leg muscle with each pedal stroke. Lock in your spin shoes. They’re available for rent at the studio or bring your own pair.

No matter the fitness level, prepare to be motivated to achieve higher levels of personal well-being, physical strength and positive mental attitude. Let us take you to your fullest potential. Please arrive 15 minutes prior class start to adjust the bike.

Power Vinyasa 60 min

This heat-building class encourage you to explore your limits and challenge your practice through dynamic and continuous flows that build strength and increase endurance.

Power Vinyasa is a full-body experience that will not only develop your athleticism, but also provide the mental benefits of a breath-based practice. Prepare to leave feeling strong and empowered. Suitable for all levels. Our outdoor yoga classes are the best way to practice your skills while enjoying the scenery hosted at our new one-acre outdoor class setting.

Hot Prana 60 min

Created and developed right here in British Columbia, based on nearly twenty years of experience. This class offers a blend of Power Flow, the Bikram method, and an upper body strengthening series that is suitable for all levels, including beginners. It is a vibrant, full of energy, and quick pace class that will leave you very energized and naturally boosted. Our current outdoor yoga classes offer a beautiful one-acre scenic view for Prana.

TYB Endurance Training 60 min

TYB Endurance Training is Low Intensity Endurance Training focusing on Abs, Legs, Arms, and Glutes.
It is an effective workout to increase your endurance, get toned legs and arms, and strengthen your core. Consistent training will increase your ability to do your daily activities without getting tired. It will reduce the risk of injury, help you keep a healthy body weight, and lead to healthier, stronger muscles and bones.
All levels are welcome!

Deep Stretch 60 min & 75 min

This class is an active stretching class that targets primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, hamstrings, and upper back. This class begins with warm up movements to build heat and prepare the muscles for stretching. Most poses are done on the floor and using straps and blocks for maximum deep stretch. Suitable for all levels.

Arms & Legs Blast  45 min

45 minutes of a blasting low intensity workout, aimed to build strong legs and a lean upper body. In this class we use weights and workout bands to build muscle definition. All levels are welcome.

Circuit Training 45 min, 60 min

This class combines weight training, body weight movements, cables and resistance machines to focus on strengthening your body, building muscle tone & improving aesthetics all around.

Hatha Flow 60 min

The asana will be primarily slow, mindful movements synchronized with the breath, and when we each find the pose we can make adjustments to our alignment to sink into wherever the edge happens to be for each of us that day, always listening to our own bodies, and we will look to engage and stretch the muscles appropriately dependent on the pose.

Yin & Massage 60 min

This style focuses deeply on MFR (MyoFascia Release) using the massage balls as the main tool. MFR is a holistic, therapeutic approach to manual therapy, the primary place to work on are trigger points in the body.

Sound Bath Restorative Aerial Yoga 60 min

Restorative Aerial Yoga is a deeply healing, low to the ground, suspension practice in an aerial hammock. With the intention to restore and relax your nervous system, experience a deep pelvic release, decompression of the spine and lower back relief.

Kids Yoga 60 min

Kids yoga is a specialized form of yoga designed to introduce children to the physical and mental benefits of yoga practice in a fun and age-appropriate way. It combines traditional yoga poses with playful activities, stories, games, and mindfulness techniques to engage children and promote their overall well-being.
