Hot Prana 60 min

Created and developed right here in British Columbia, based on nearly twenty years of experience. This class offers a blend of Power Flow, the Bikram method, and an upper body strengthening series that is suitable for all levels, including beginners. It is a vibrant, full of energy, and quick pace class that will leave you very energized and naturally boosted. Our current outdoor yoga classes offer a beautiful one-acre scenic view for Prana.

Original 26&2 90 min

Adapted from the 84 Hatha Yoga postures, original 26&2 yoga, designed for all levels, is practiced in a heated room and consists of 26 unique yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises. The postures are to be executed in the correct sequence, as they are devised scientifically to address every part of the body one by one. Each posture prepares the body for the next, each following posture gains from the previous. Take in the beautiful views from our new outdoor yoga space.

It is a challenging and fun class that helps you to increase flexibility and energy, improve strength, reduce stress, and maintain the balance of your emotional and physical body. The class is suitable for all levels and safe for practitioners with injuries.

Original 26&2 60 min

A condensed version of 90 minutes Original 26&2, this 60-minute hot yoga class comprises preforming the same postures, once or twice, in the same sequence. Accumulating the same mental, physical and spiritual benefits to your body, the class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experts. Enjoy a class at our outdoor yoga space.

Yin 60 min & 75 min

This practice is designed to help you sit longer, and more comfortably, in meditation by stretching connective tissue around the joints, mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine. A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia. This class is suitable for all levels and students with injuries.

Yin & Yang 75 min

This class is the blend of two styles of yoga into one practice. Yin is more internal, passive, cooling and downward. Yang is more external, dynamic, warming and upward.

This class will open the body, boost circulation and release tension. It is designed to bring you back into balance, get deep into connecting tissue, hydrate, and restore. The sequencing of the class can have a powerful effect on your energy levels how you feel after class. Suitable for everyone. Try our outdoor yoga classes!

Power Vinyasa 60 min

This heat-building class encourage you to explore your limits and challenge your practice through dynamic and continuous flows that build strength and increase endurance.

Power Vinyasa is a full-body experience that will not only develop your athleticism, but also provide the mental benefits of a breath-based practice. Prepare to leave feeling strong and empowered. Suitable for all levels. Our outdoor yoga classes are the best way to practice your skills while enjoying the scenery hosted at our new one-acre outdoor class setting.

Deep Stretch 60 min & 75 min

This class is an active stretching class that targets primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, hamstrings, and upper back. This class begins with warm up movements to build heat and prepare the muscles for stretching. Most poses are done on the floor and using straps and blocks for maximum deep stretch. Suitable for all levels.

Trigger Point Yin

Trigger Point Therapy can be used to relieve pain and tightness which, in turn, eases tension on the neck, shoulders, back, hips and other areas. It is a slow pace class where we use only natural material such cork rollers, cork massage balls for your everyday recovery and movement needs. All levels are welcome.

TYB Heat 75 min

This class is 75-minute sequence of therapeutic Hatha yoga postures, featuring positions derived from the traditional 84 asanas of Bishnu Ghosh’s yoga. During this 75 minute class the main focus is on developing strength and flexibility, starting from your spine and working from the inside out. This allows for rejuvenation and care for your central nervous system.

Those who have previously practiced Bikram Yoga may recognize about half of the poses. However, during TYB Heat you will experience a much deeper practice. We added what was missing to the series – abdominal exercises, hip openers, arm balancing and strengthening exercises. It is suitable for all levels and can be adapted to suit each student, focusing purely on postures, breathwork and mediation. It can be practiced from a beginner’s level to a much more advanced style of practice, depending on the student’s experience.

TYB Yang & Yin
